Coach Josh's journey began at the age of 5, playing T-ball, which led to a stellar high school career, earning him All-League recognition every year. This success translated into an impressive victory with a Juco state championship and notable offers from three Division 1 schools and three Division 2 schools. His prowess even led him to a stint as an independent pro, adding an invaluable layer of hands-on experience to his coaching repertoire.
In the coaching arena, Coach Josh has left his mark at every level. Starting out with Little League, he quickly transitioned to travel ball, successfully leading multiple teams. His expertise extends to players of all ages, having served as a private coach for kids ranging from 7 years old to college players and independent pro ball athletes.
